MR. SEID KEDIR
Our general manager makes sure employees follow and maintain company standards regarding quality assurance, safe manner and ensures employees serve customers in a timely manner. He is responsible for directing the daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, inventory management and team management. General operations and high-level functions are managed by our general manager such as finances marketing and staffing. He has the overall responsibility for managing both the revenue and cost elements of a company’s income statement.
MR. EBRAHIM YERGA
Our vice president serves the company by handling all the functions involved such as testing and delivery of the food, planning and directing the sources needed. He will be responsible for maintaining the quality and also the quantity which is demanded. He will also control the company’s processes from ordering of goods and raw materials to the efficient production. The VP Operations will also focus on making sure that the team is embolden and is free to endow and implement unique ideas that will increase productivity of the business and improve the business. He will ensure that all team members are performing their objectives and that they are monitored by providing direct feedback.
